Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are an online jewellery business. We have successfully completed a number of bespoke jewellery commissions via online meetings.

Do you make custom jewellery?

Yes, the majority of our business is creating bespoke jewellery for our clients. A bespoke commission can take around 2 months but this subject to each client.

I'm looking for something unique but I'm not sure what I want, can you help?

Yes, we would love to hear your story, the occasion and reason for wanting a bespoke piece of jewellery. We don't expect you to have a completed design, your ideas alongside our guidance will help us both create unique jewellery. If you send us an email, please check your junk if you have not received a reply within 48hrs.

Do you accept returns on all products?

We do not accept returns on bespoke commissions as these are made to the clients specifications. Earrings are non-refundable unless faulty and our ready to ship jewellery can be exchanged but for the same value or more. Our priority is to deliver the best client experience so if you are unhappy with our product or service we will try our hardest to resolve the issue. 

Do you make engagement and wedding rings?

Yes, we have a small collection on our website but we encourage you to book a consultation to discuss your ideas in more depth.

Is there a minimum spend on bespoke?

Yes, we have a minimum spend of £2000 on engagement rings, for other bespoke enquiries, get in touch for a quote.

I don't know my ring size, can you help?

Yes, you can order a ring sizer to measure yourself at home or get in touch for more in depth advice.

Do you work with customer's own Diamonds?

Yes, we can work with your diamonds (subject to item) to upcycle and create a  new piece of jewellery helping keep the sentimental value.

Do you work with customer's own gold?

Yes, as apart of our bespoke service, we can work with clients gold for remodeling (subject to jewellery). To view our commissions with sentimental gold, visit the links below.

Can I still order jewellery that is out of stock in my size?

Yes, if the item you want is out of stock, get in touch to place your order direct

How long does it take for made to order jewellery?

Made to order can take around 2-4 weeks but this is subject to each item.

How do you ship your jewellery?

We use Royal Mail for UK orders via special delivery. This method is tracked, insured and guaranteed next day. For international orders we use a courier but happy to discuss an alternative.

 

Workshops

Do I need to have jewellery experience to take part in a workshop?

No, come with an open mind and focus. Jade will guide you through the day with demonstrations and traditional tricks of the trade.

How long are the workshops?

The workshops are between 4-6 hours with an hour for lunch.

Can I make a Gold ring in the workshop?

Yes, the cost of silver materials are included in the price. To make a gold ring, get in touch for a quote. 

Where are your materials sourced from?

We source our materials from a UK based supplier. All materials, silver/ gold are recycled.

What's the maximum number of students allowed in one workshop?

We have a maximum of 8 spaces (following government guidelines)

Do I need to wear protective clothing for the workshop?

We suggest you wear long sleeved top/ t shirt and full length trousers. No scarves or clothing with loose material. No synthetic fabrics that are highly flammable, wear cotton clothing. 

Can I cancel my booking?

Workshops are non refundable once booked and paid for. If you wish to reschedule a workshop, there may be additional fees to attend a new booking.
